1 Year Postop!

So I know I haven't posted much from my touch-up procedure last month....life and the holidays have been crazy. But I just realized that I am officially 1 year postop!!! 

This procedure has been life-changing. I love the look of my flatter abdominal wall, and I am really dialing in my diet and fitness to highlight these great muscles I worked (and paid haha) hard for. I have no more postoperative pain or discomfort from either the original procedure or the touchup. I feel like my little hip fat pockets are still slightly noticeable but they should continue to go down over time....and if not then that's okay, sometimes you just can't spot reduce 100% the way you want to and I can accept that. I am still generally numb over my longer incision and around my belly button, which also doesn't bother me much. I  may or may not get a tattoo around the longer scar line...just a thought, since I am numb anyways! :-)
