First day back to work for me! I took it slow, but still felt pretty tight and uncomfortable by the end of the day. My job involves doing a lot of sitting and standing, and that got pretty tiring halfway through the day. I had also tried walking 30 min in the morning before work...and that was a bit much for my body to handle right before a full day of work. I learned my lesson, and reminded myself to take it slower...
