I woke up feeling pretty good and decided to hit my morning workout! My surgeon had told me I could pretty much do any exercise I could tolerate this morning. I was able to do a 45m bike ride and I did take a strength class...but I definitely ended up modifying quite a bit. My belly button area was bothering me the most, if I moved in certain ways I felt a sharp pain. My hips felt mostly sore. By the time I finished my 1hr 15m workout I felt pretty wiped....and by the time I got home from a full day of work I could definitely tell that I probably overdid it a bit! So more motrin for me, and I made a mental note to take it much easier the following day.
