I decided to take my exercise down a notch and did a low-impact ride as well as some light pilates and a quick 10 minute arm workout. My belly felt much better after completing all of this! My hips are still sore and I could feel the leftover fluid squish around while riding the bike and if I just press on that particular area....which isn't bothering me too much but it is a weird sensation.
